I was at the ashram in August for about 10 days and had a remarkable time experiencing new openings in my third eye. As you may remember I was there in January at the Ashram for a month. In that time I was able to remote view houses around the world and describe them. I was also able to body scan.
In the meantime I had also developed more advanced skills. I was able to move coconuts that were placed in the hands of a person. I would go into a state of oneness with the coconut and then it would roll out of the hand.
This time in August I was able to do even more. I was able to move a round crystal called an Atma Linga, with my mind. It moved about 6 inches on a flat surface during a specific meditation that went on for 42 minutes. This meditation was also all about being in oneness with the world and with the crystal in particular. Paramahamsa Nithyananda describes it this way “You are in oneness over the object and at that point it becomes an extention of you, just as your hand is an extension of you.”
Haritaki is considered essential to develop all these powers.

Haritaki and Pole Yoga
Our morning sessions were all about yoga and this image shows us preparing for a demonstration. Al. l athletes are taking haritaki daily. It is taken in the evening just before bedtime and then again in the morning as the teeth are brushed.

How much Haritaki to take for Pneumonia?
The amounts of Haritaki to take vary according to your digestive system. If you tend towards constipation then Haritaki is best taken in larger amounts. What I mean by larger amounts are 1-2 tablespoons per night at bedtime. When your constipation turns to regular bowel movements first thing in the morning with a feeling of complete elimination then you know you are on the right track.

Research indicates promising results for cytomegalovirus by using Haritaki
cytomegalovirus belongs to a family of viruses related to the herpes group. Researchers in Japan at the Department of Virology, Toyama Medical and Pharmaceutical University, studied the effect of haritaki on the cytomegalovirus in mice.
Mice were subcutaneously treated with various doses of cyclosporine, and immunosuppression and MCMV infection were monitored by suppression of antibody production and virus yield in the lung, respectively.
Each herbal extract was orally administered to mice treated with 50 mg/kg of cyclosporine from a day before intraperitoneal infection, and the efficacy of herbs was evaluated by the reduction in the virus yield in the lung. Terminalia chebula significantly suppressed MCMV yields in lungs of treated mice compared with water treatment. Efficacy of oral treatment with 750 mg/kg per day of Geum japonicum extract was similar to that of the intraperitoneal administration of 2 mg/kg per day of ganciclovir in increasing the body weight of infected mice and reducing the virus yield in the lungs. These herbs may be beneficial for the prophylaxis of CMV diseases in immunocompromised patients
How common is Cytomegalovirus (CMV)?
Between 50-80% of the population in the USA have Cytomegalovirus (CMV). However it does not complicate for most people. When it does interfere with health it shows up in various forms.
Symptoms and effects on the body can be very serious if the person has a weakened immune system already. Particularly at risk are HIV patients and people with autoimmune diseases.
Symptoms vary according to age and health of the patient. Some of the symptoms include:
Infants who are infected before birth usually show no symptoms of a CMV infection after they are born. They may develop severe symptoms including hearing loss, blindness, neurological, and developmental problems over time. Some infants may have other symptoms at birth including premature delivery, jaundice, enlarged liver and spleen, small head or microcephaly, being small for gestational age, seizures, rash, and feeding difficulties.
Newborns affected with the virus after birth by passing through the birth canal of an infected mother or by consuming breast milk from a mother with the virus or due to contact with an infected person usually show no symptoms of CMV infection. Some may develop pneumonia and other complications. If the babies have been born prematurely they are at a greater risk of complications.
Young children with the infection may develop insignificant illness. In some cases there may be complications like pneumonia, hepatitis, or a rash. Older children and healthy adults may have a few days or couple of weeks of mild illness with muscle pain, fatigue, headache, fever, and enlarged liver and spleen.

For years, Russian scientists harvested the brains of exceptionally smart people, trying to locate the source of their intelligence. After V.I. Lenin died in 1924, for example, the Russians invited the great German neuroanatomist Oskar Vogt to try to locate the “source of genius” in the leader of the Russian revolution. It is known that there is a direct link between the the health of our gastro-intestinal tract and our brain health. Research has shown that diseases such as dementia, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s can be identified as beginning in the digestive tract and then spreading to the brain over a period of up to 10 years. If the gut can weaken the brain, it is also likely to strengthen the brain.
This is where the clairvoyant observations of Paramahamsa Nithyananda come in. He says that he sees the effects of Haritaki on the brain. He witnesses the brain becoming clearer as the grooves of negativity in the brain are removed by the Haritaki. He says that the test is to take an IQ test one day before you begin to take haritaki, then take haritaki in the evening before bed, and take the IQ test the morning of the second day.He says that you will see an increase in results between the two tests.
How does Haritaki work on the Brain?
Haritaki contains antibacterial agents that clean the gut of harmful bacteria. Researchers point out that for every hour the human waste stays in the gut the bacteria multiply by many millions. Many of these bacteria are harmful and have been connected with diseases such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases. Researchers have found that the bacteria penetrate the intestinal walls, and create cuts. These cuts are similar to the lesions that appear in the brain as part of the onset of these diseases. Very interestingly, these cuts in the intestinal walls are showing up up to 20 years in advance of the cuts appearing in the brain. The conclusion is that the disease spreads through the central nervous system to the brain. Tests for early onset of Parkinson’s are now being conducted by looking into the intestines for signs of these cuts.
The gut–brain axis is the biochemical signaling that takes place between the gastrointestinal tract and the central nervous system. That term has been expanded to include the role of the gut flora in the interplay; the term “microbiome-gut-brain axis” is sometimes used to describe paradigms explicitly including the gut flora.
Interest in the field was sparked by a 2004 study showing that germ-free mice showed an exaggerated HPA axis response to stress compared to non-GF laboratory mice. As of January 2016, most of the work that has been done on the role of gut flora in the gut-brain axis had been conducted in animals, or characterizing the various neuroactive compounds that gut flora can produce, and studies with humans measuring differences between people with various psychiatric and neurological differences, or changes to gut flora in response to stress, or measuring effects of various probiotics (dubbed “psychobiotics in this context), had generally been small and could not be generalized; whether changes to gut flora are a result of disease, a cause of disease, or both in any number of possible feedback loops in the gut-brain axis, remained unclear.

New research indicates that Parkinson’s disease may begin in the gastrointestinal tract and spread through the vagus nerve to the brain.
“We have conducted a registry study of almost 15,000 patients who have had the vagus nerve in their stomach severed. Between approximately 1970-1995 this procedure was a very common method of ulcer treatment. If it really is correct that Parkinson’s starts in the gut and spreads through the vagus nerve, then these vagotomy patients should naturally be protected against developing Parkinson’s disease,” explains postdoc at Aarhus University Elisabeth Svensson on the hypothesis behind the study.
A hypothesis that turned out to be correct
“Our study shows that patients who have had the the entire vagus nerve severed were protected against Parkinson’s disease. Their risk was halved after 20 years. However, patients who had only had a small part of the vagus nerve severed where not protected. This also fits the hypothesis that the disease process is strongly dependent on a fully or partially intact vagus nerve to be able to reach and affect the brain,” she says.

Manifesting powers is aided by consuming organic haritaki daily
Paramahamsa Nithyananda has declared that 2017 is the year that there will be 2017 people manifesting hundreds of powers. He is speaking of powers such as third eye blindfold reading, remote viewing, body scanning, and learning from books while not having read the books. This is truly remarkable. I have been meeting, and testing and evaluating people who are able to demonstrate these powers, and let me tell you it is quite remarkable what they can do. Some can read blindfolded as easily as they can with their eyes open.
